Policy:

* We accept reservations (only) from 9 am to 9 pm, (Central Standard Time),    Monday - Saturday.
* Minimum 3 nights stay during high season.
* A 50% deposit required within 10 days when placing a reservation, by    check sent to our New Jersey address (or) by credit card using our
   secure reservation form to reserve your room.
* There will be a $50 US fee for all cancellations.
* Since we are a small, family run, high service Bed and Breakfast, there is a    10 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 10 days notice, the    deposit will not be refunded.
* No cancellation refund is possible during specifically indicated periods, for    example Day of The Dead, Christmas and New Year's.
* La Casa de los Sabores accepts personal checks drawn in the United States    only. Outside the United States, it is necessary to convert your deposit to    pesos before remitting.
* We accept travelers checks, cash, or credit cards: VISA, Master Card,    Discover & Diner's Club as final payment.
* There is a minimum one night stay fee by no show in each room reserved.
* If you pay in cash we will offer 10% of discount.
* We offer special discount in May and September.
